Weeks 1-4
Specialized Stack Setup & Design
- Advanced architecture deep dive within chosen stream: AI Agent orchestration (CrewAI/LangChain), Full Stack RAG pipelines (Next.js/PostgreSQL), Python Web Scraping (Playwright/Celery), or Data Analytics (Pandas/SQL).
- Configuring local server dependencies, installing environment packages, and setting up container environments (Docker, custom docker-compose sets).
- Designing data schemas, pipeline models, security controls, and endpoint structures.
Weeks 5-8
Production Sprints & Guided Projects
- Sprint 1: Building a functional integration module (e.g., dynamic multi-agent system, file ingestion parser, or interactive dashboard).
- Sprint 2: Implementing database connections, configuring vector stores (Pinecone, pgvector), and setting up automated task queues.
- Participating in code review check-ins, optimizing script execution times, and resolving logic errors.
Weeks 9-12
Staging Deployment & Final Portfolio Audit
- Building an independent portfolio project from scratch, using real-world data and architectural frameworks.
- Deploying live code to cloud hosting environments (AWS EC2 instances, Vercel deployments, or Supabase databases) with SSL configuration.
- Writing detailed technical README documentation, recording workflow demonstrations, and passing technical evaluations to apply for the DBERT Fellowship.
